Since we deal in consumables, we do not accept returns once a product is opened or delivered, unless there’s a genuine issue. If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof. We’ll arrange a hassle-free replacement if eligible.
